I am always up around 4:30 local time. I feel and I share your pain Bob. I have arthritis really bad in both hands. I checked with the doctor and he gave his diagnosis. "Arthur It Is." It is hard to sleep when you are up every two hours because of bladder and prostrate problems resulting from your bout with cancer but we both are still above ground so we won't complain. Trouble does not last always.

    Glad you are feeling better.

Glad to hear your doing better Bob. I have bouts with my L-4 and old arthritis in my knee, left foot and both hands. Sometimes it's push through the day, like it or not.

How do you get by with only 4 1/2 hours of sleep?! I only average 5-6 hours most nights and drag a** most days.
