Many of you might have seen the pinmin ice jig I have been experimenting with. https://www.crappie.com/crappie/jig-...iny-bait-fish/ I have been using powder paint to do one side Lime chartreuse glow with a hilite of florescent orange. I leave the other side of the pinmin nickle plated. Lately I have been adding the tail part or a 1.5 inch tube to the lure. When I cut the tube bait I save the top part for a jelly jig body. The bottom tail part and one ring of the body is adhered to the horizontal pinmin using a drop of Loctite. I field tested them at Lake Purdy yesterday, using some drops of Garlic Slab Sauce, with some pretty good results.
