    It is called a nail bait in Ohio.
    Chubby is one brand, most are private makers, but very big in northern Ohio. I know guys who have boxes filled with thousands of these bait. Hugh around Indian Lake,St. Mary's lake Oh.

    I would fish it the same way you do a stinger or most any other soft plastic bait.

    Very small jig head and very slow. Killer bait under a cork.
