Welcome to the site and board!

You should have really posted this on the DIY Soft Plastics sub-board to this board. See it at the top and I will move this over to that board for you...

welcome to the plastics you can go online and find many videos on how to make your own molds. I do not make my own molds I buy them and I do injection molding only also there are many suppliers to buy your supplies for what you are wanting to do I'm sure the rest the guys will charm him and give you a lot of ideals.

lots of good info out there, you can make your own pop molds or RTV silicone molds, I learned on tackleunderground .com it takes a lot of time to do your own...I have used balsa wood or clay to make my master the more time you put in your master the better your bait will be I have as much a 40 hrs in a master... you use tile or glass for your base make a form out of toy building blocks set your master in the center of the of the mold glue it down and pour your plaster on top. then after it sets use 50-50 mixture of elmers glue to coat the cavity to give you plastic that shinny look. that's on e way to make your own.
