I seem to get more bubbles when I get the plastic too hot and it kind of boils. I let it set for a while and let the bubbles surface. Maybe RonDon , Ctom or Snake can explain it better.
So all of a sudden I got micro bubbles? In my baits. I noticed it in the bubble gum color first. Tiny craters size of pin heads on one side? Got to looking and when I shoot the bubbles are appearing at the top of the gate when I watch for the plastic to suck in to top off? Is it me? Or the plastic? I've not had this to happen before. I got a new mold yesterday and was shooting some tests and the bubble gum really showed the problem? Any solutions? Thanks LB

I think your dead on. Let it set and I think they're gone. Thanks

If its gotten cold where you're at and you're cooking your plastic out in a cold area, its the cold causing them. As the plastic heats the bowl or pot will develop tiny bubbles from moisture resulting from sudden heat on cold objects. When you see th bubbles in the plastic let it sit for a couple minutes, give a short re-heat to it and shoot away.

Yeah the cold CTom mentioned happened to me. I didn't click to it until about a month ago. Was happened badly in my reheats. I was storing my reheats in the cold, cold, cold garage. Put them in a plastic bin and store them in the house now and not nearly as bad. I still get some micro bubble on reheats but I just let it sit for a bit and then reheat.
