Unhappy Help 3" & 4" twisters splitting at lami point

I'm having trouble with some of my laminate 3" & 4" twister grub's splitting at laminate . I use a laminate plate Ricks mold and love them but I'm doing something wrong and can't figure it out.

I don't have any problems using the dividing plate from Jacob your problem may be that your mold you may have to warm it up another thing that most guys get in a hurry and want to shoot it too fast go slow with the injector I've always had problem with the twister tail molds because I was trying to go too fast and you definitely had to warm up the mold give that a shot and I think you'll be okay.

Biggest thing is be sure to shoot your second color hot to get a better bond... In the 350 degree range.

X2. Hold the pressure on the injector for at leastb30 seconds. Bonds better that way.

Also wait till they are fully cured before you start pulling on them to test the bond.
