I buy Nicole Brand craft glitter, and other brands of glitter from Michaels and Hobby Lobby and use it in my Powder paint and never had a problem with it.

    Thanks Bob.

Years ago there was a source on line for everything to make soft plastic lures. The service was very poor and the price of glitter too high for everyone that did business with the company so I decided to sell glitter myself. At one point I had over 30 customers from all across the U.S. - many that ordered on a regular basis. As time went on most stopped selling lures and I was left with about 1000 lb. of glitter considering that each color was stocked in 3-4 size flakes per color.

Here's some general bits of knowledge about glitter:
Heat resistant glitter has a maximum temperature or the flakes shrink and colors start to turn white. My max is 300 degree plastic.
Flakes start shrinking in size after the 2nd reheat.
A few colors bleed a bit in clear plastic though not noticeable in colored plastic.

Shipping is not cheap for any source of lure making supplies (flat rate envelopes used to cost only $5 for as much as could be stuffed in them). Not sure what they cost now.
