    Seeker is right about A foil but the plate will last longer for you with less head aches. for every once in a while stuff A foil works great, Untill you use it all and your better half makes a dish for church and has nothing to cover it with :o

    yep MO, thats why I use the plate too, just kidding. I just use the plate because I like it better

    I don't make plastics, but am always interested in what's being made. I would imagine that for someone starting out, there's also the cost of some basic safety equipment if someone didn't have it. What about some type of breather? I hear the fumes can be dangerous to breathe.

    When you guys say plate, what do you mean. I have a stinger mold and want to run top to bottom two color baits. Seems if you put the plate in, it will block the injection hole! I am new to all of this, do you guys have any pics of your plates for running laminates!
