yes we've used it all sorts of different ways I'm sure they stuff that you get from the drugstore is 100% I don't think the stuff that you buy for flavoring and food is not. Fish oil which is made by a rocking down fish and skimming the oil off is very good a little bit of that is all you need to take that oil and mix it with glycerin and you will have a ton of it.
