crappieday, thanks so much for volunteering all your information and for taking the time to actually answer all my questions, I know a lot of people who would not do what you have done so willingly. I am sure I will have lots more questions to ask as well. Maybe by me asking so many questions other people will not have to ask. Thanks again

crappieday do they have an injector with a real small tip kind of like an air pump for a ball, one that will do a very small stream of plastic so that you could do just like a small bloodline shot.

no they dont, hot plastic cools very fast, when shot through a small hole the tend to clog, sometimes an 1/8 inch hole will clog up

crappieday, what about a half and half two colored grub. Could you use the two piece mold and just leave them seperate and pour one color on one side and then pour the other color and close them as they are cooling, or pour one side one color and then close the mold and pour the other color so it will fill the other half?

yes thats what I do with some of mine. Have both colors hot and ready to go. pour in to one half of the mold, close the mold and inject your other color. if your plastic cools to much it wont fuse well but its not very hard at all to do

I was wondering about a blank aluminum mold. Could you buy a blank aluminum mold and use like a dremmel tool for your own design or would that work, I know you would have to be good with your hands lol. Or could you take blocks of wood and use a dremmel on them and then coat them with a release agent, or will wood not work for hot plastic?
