    Default Talking Turkey

Got some close shots of these fellas during a visit through the Land Between the Lakes Elk/Bison trail. With waterfowl season closed and crappie spawn a little ways off, my turkey addicted friends are already strutting.

    crp4570,
If you've never been to Cade's Cove near Gatlinburg Tennessee. There are big deer and turkey that you can get within feet of. It's a drive through with two
loops. Townsend Tennessee is the best place to stay. The traffic in Gatlinburg is like New York rush hour. The game there sees traffic from the time the gates
open until they close and pay no attention to it. It's a neat place with a lot of photo opportunities.
    Tell'em I'll be there.
