Don't know about the Southern Crappie rods, but the BnM PST's are slightly stiffer than the BnM Capps/Coleman rods. And I know that for a fact, as I have a PST & two C/C rods that I push jigs with ... and with 1/2oz weight the C/C rods have just a slightly longer tip curve than the PST's. It's a little more obvious with 3/4oz weight.
There's a picture of a Southern Crappie rod bent with 1/2oz weight on their website, but it's hard to determine how much bend it has from the picture, so it would be hard to place it in line with the other two I mentioned. Then there's the new 14' "trolling" rod by Southern Crappie, which would have to be stiffer since it's designed to use up to 2oz weights.
