Added five more Saturday. It'll be a few weeks before I get to check them. All pecan this time.
I know an older guy that lives on Norman from another fishing site. He goes by the name MacB.

I have done a lot of different ways. Pics below. They all hold fish. I can’t say that any hold more than the other. On the pic with the triangle pallets, we attach some cedar trees or some type of hardwood brush to it before we sink them.

Somebody driving down the blacktop next to my place lost a bunch of 1 gal ice cream pails. Thanks to my neighbor being a poor steward of the land I have more cedars in the 3-5 foot range than you can shake a stick at. I had an idea to cut the cedars and stand them upright in the pail. Then fill the pail with concrete. Take them out and sink them. I was going to do groups of 3-4 trees. First question is 1 gallon of cement enough to sink them. #2 has anybody tried this?
