Was a job doing it by myself in 90 * heat for sure but after i get the other 14 made i'll be ready to sink them & then start all over again on another 20. I'm going to try to make a bunch of these so me & a buddy have a lot of different ones to fish when the natural structure comes out of the water from around mid august when the corps starts the winter draw down until they raise it in the spring. Hopefully it works good.

Thanks buddy. I'm going to try to figure out several different styles to sink & hopefully have them get used a lot. One memeber sent me a video of one he put out 2 weeks ago & it was hard to believe how many fish were on it. Hopefully i can have the same luck by the time i'm done.
Awesome. Build it and they will come
Those look great. Cooler times are ahead

Thanks for checkin' on me! CURIOSITY takes me there, SUCCESS ushers me back!
those look real nice , but how to you keep them upright is my question ?
use bamboo in the same fashion and it costs nearly nothing
fish will be in it so thick within a week it will defy your imagination
plus boo has naturally occurring air pockets in its joints and will stand upright really well
drop them all leafed out well and the crappie will flat out flock to them in the right spots
the boo will last 2 to 3 years or even longer and by that time the entire world will have found them anyway
so just whip up a few more and drop some fresh ones down in another spot
just a quick fyi .....

If I had access to bamboo I’d use it for sure. I’m probably going to end up dropping some natural brush too. As far as remaining upright they’re won’t be a lot of current where I sink them so guess I’ll just hope for the best. I’d think it would take quite a bit to knock them over anyway with the weight they are. Trial & error I guess but I’ve saw several videos where they’re just dropped in.
