    These look good and placed out in numbers will increase their overall effectiveness. As far as potential stability issues from being snagged/ fouled by lines and/ or anchors tying a 28- 36” long piece of PVC across the center of each block before placing them will ensure that they stay upright on even relatively steep inclines. Enjoy the fruits of your labors !

    I have used pvc pipe. Can't say that the fish like it. But the deer will bed in them out at the wood line. . If the deer like it the fish should also

    Made some of different styles from pallets to sink. Some still need to anchored but may use sand bags with gravel in them tied to the base. Also used some Pete in feed tubs on a couple not pictured but concerned they may plane out going down.

    one question why are all the steaks pointed on the end, just the way they where or did you do it on purpose , a lot of extra work i would think

    I was cutting the center out of pallets making Christmas trees for yard decor for my daughter. These were the scraps so I said why not. Fish probably don’t care. And I didn’t have to break them down any more. Made 6 cinder block stake beds today

    Great lookin, but may be hard to anchor. At least they could be put together in the boat.
