    Down side is would tear up a glass boat doing it that way.

    I have a large tarp that is thick to help or you could get a big piece of Carpet .

    Even just the dirty sandbags will scratch up the glass, ask me how I know, lol. Have to cover it but hard to keep covered. Only way to not mess up glass is to drag trees out and then add weights or sandbags when you get to the spot. But you wont see me giving up glass boat, too many benefits that aluminum doesn't have. But I will probably have a jon boat just for brush eventually.
