Thread: crappie mat project boat...

16/52 i ended up with VERY little in..figured i'd strip it and try to make a matt boat out of it.. pulled out the transom and gonna replace the wood..gonna put a 35-40 tiller on it..and mount a roller type conveyer on the front..a little late but i should have her ready next weekend.. it aint a pontoon..but it should work...was gonna use this boat(26 ft) but would have hade $2000 in it.. all i will have in the jon is the cost of the transom board..

Pappacrappie...PM if you want some help. I'll come up and help you fix up the boat, put beds out, whatever. Always up for a little work if it means catching some crappies!
