    Default Finding pvc cover

It was DNR event. They used a short piece of rebar to hold it in place. It is black drain line that you can buy at your big box hardware. The orange pipe is called inner duct, most times when they run fiber down a road they will end up with scraps. You may also be able to see if a natural gas company in your area has any out dated that they want to recycle.

the lengths of rebar not only hold the drainage tile to the block but also help keep it upright. and while PVC lasts forever still would insist that mixing it with hardwood long lasting limbs gives the best of both worlds so long as the wood lasts...
