Drain pipe?

Has anyone ever tried the 4" perforated black drain pipe? 100' roll is only about 25 bucks. Seems like on small square single concrete block an 3 or 4 pieces and a zip tie instant cover. Just curious if anyone has tried for crappie or bass and results. Happy Thanksgiving!

Fish habitat "build it and they will come" . Here is where that pipe has been used for fish habitat. Looks like yours should work well also.

Where are you buying for $25 ?
It is about $60 here in east texas,

I also would like to know as a roll of 4"X100' perf pipe in the local Lowe's is $79 here in west Kentucky.

Just looked at my receipt and it was $27.99, must have caught it on sale? On line does say $70.00 but I just called the same store in KC and they said 100’ was just under 40 bucks

$40 is still cheap. Checked here in Mississippi and it was around $70 bucks. That would put the build at about $55 per condo for a 3x3...
