caught 3 tonight in about an hour. Big one was 15 inches. The bite was soft, so I miss a few. Not bad for a Rookie.

    Hi Brad,

Nice looking crappie...If the bite is soft....You can try the slip bobber method...Sometimes, the crappie want the minnow more than a jig....Plus you can fish a couple rods at a time...Did you catch those off the boo?...Looks like they are starting pay off gradually..

I fished two rods w/ slip corks... I fished a jig alittle, but no bites on it.

Hi brad, I have caught fish on condo the same day thet I put them in. I usually put in over 250 condos and stake beds a year, not all hold fish. I would estimate that 2 out of 10 will not be very good. You might have to try a different depth or current to get the fish to locate on your condos.

use PVC but know where you put them . fish finders have a hard time showing thwm up .i use a GPS . a good finder will show them with the sensitivity set high .any kind and color of pipe will work . some use black pipe .
