Sorry about the slow response but I just saw your post. The fishing on Logan Martin has been terrible this summer. I went and practiced 5 times for this tournament and only caught 3 crappie. We had 9 boats enter the tournament and only 4 weighed in fish. The tournament was won with 3 fish that weighed 2.61 lbs. Second was 2 fish that weighed 2.04 lbs. and big fish was 1.38 lbs. It can only get better.

I hear you. It’s been terrible for me for nearly two years. Three years ago I couldn’t keep them out of the boat, but terrible since.

The state fisheries biologist that is over the lake says that the lake is in a down cycle at the very bottom of a cycle. It may take 2 or 3 years for it to improve. You should try Neely Henry Lake and see if you can do any better up there.
