Those look great! I've gotten to where I don't grill wings anymore just use the smoker. The frying afterwards is an awesome idea, I need to get a blackstone griddle for sure.
Use the Blackstone a lot. The flash frying crisps up the skin and gets rid of the rubbery texture they have when being smoked only
