    Default Smoked Balogna

Seems everyone is smoking balogna lately. I did 2 runs in the smoker for the two different shifts at work. Also smoked Spam. I did one of the expensive German All Beef balogna chubs. It did not go over as well as the super thick sliced Oscar Myer. All balogna and spam got seasoned with Kinders red jalapeno and garlic. Sure is some fine stuff. Name: 20230825_124719.jpg

All sliced balogna was seasoned in between slices and tied off with butchers twine to hold it's shape.

On this run I threw in sweet potatoes and country ribs from the marked down case .

Looks Good. Fried, crusty Oscar Meyer Bologna sandwiches are one of my favorite fishing sandwiches, never thought of smoking it.

Mighty fine…I had smoked bologna at Crankfest for the first time a couple years back and I can attest to its deliciousness. WTG Jack.

Smoke is pretty good on the balogna. The seasoned and smoked Spam is pretty good also. Think it needs sliced 3/8's to a 1/2 inch thick seasoned and smoked.

I haven’t had bologna in a long time. Sounds good though
