    I dint get a plated image .....
    man was that tasty stuff ....
    4 beat hard sirloins seared hard in the cast iron one at a time
    roasted baby taters and roasted assorted veggies
    with a side of some delish bread lightly toasted ....
    my my my .....good food stuffs for sure
    sorry for my lapse on the plated image , once it hit the plate is was on like donkey Kong

    no sir , just got all hungry as heck looking at them fine specimens on the counter all day ...
    them steaks was from my good friends herd of cattle out west , he raises some a the best beef ever for darn sure ...
