I have seen it but never eaten it myself. About 10 miles away there is a Buffalo farm. You can see about 40 of them out grazing on the pasture. Mighty large critters they are.

The Absolute Best Prime Rib I Ever Ate! Bison! Ate at the Colorado Buffalo Company in Denver, had their Prime Rib with a juis. The memory still makes every cut of Prime Rib second place. I hope to find it again some day. Yours looks very tasty my friend.

it was different on the taste buds , gave it a good garlic powder and onion powder mix with some light black pepper and salt and a bit of diced dehydrated onion too , pan seared the burger in the cast iron , sure had a lot of moisture in it , had to drain the pan twice ?
the upside is the pan drippings bout sent the ole doggy into hyperspace over its dry dog food .....
