I hear That! Funny, I didn't like cheese as a kid but eat it every day now. Sam's sells the Baby Bells in a good portion. I always have some packed for snack'n Crappie Fish'n.

I got some of the pepper jack ones. I think they were laughing cow brand. Either way they were awesome.

Yep we stock about 10or 12 cheeses at all times , baby bells is one of them in our fridge too…
My daughter loves cheese about as much as me , we are found of sharp cheddar
But the list is pretty long and we keep some of all of it mostly

We hit the Cracker Barrel last week while out of town for the wedding. I got two big slices of their premium meatloaf and the three sides with my meal was fried okra (I could eat my weight in fried okra), stuffed mashed potatoes and loaded mac & cheese. its been years since I ate at one, wow did I make a pig of myself. Oh, you meant Cracker Barrel Brand cheese, I'm hungry right now, drifted back to a good meal memory with your comment Jack. Thank you also for the Kind Words, they are well received Bud.

Before I remodeled it there was only 3 drawers, now there are 27. I do have equipment shoehorned in everywhere, lots of specific application equipment. Pushing the envelope in food preparation, going to make a remembered new taste at a restaurant, dedicated equipment is necessary. Good thing my wife likes to cook too and has a sense of humor when I buy something new for the kitchen that she has to find a place for.
