    I got 7 packages that will feed around 8 to 10 folks.

    We think alike, when the local groceries throw the butts on sale for 89c a pound I do the same thing. I do cure mine a bit though, brining for 3 days, doing a overhaul each day, then pecan cooking on my homemade Hot Smoker. We are getting close to being out so I will post up the process here in a few weeks. I like the size of the Butts you were able to buy, those cook to tender very well. Pork Tacos is another quick dinner on Ross Barnett, easy meal for a tired Crappie angler.
