    In this episode of baked crispy crappie we decided to add some about to the bottom of the bag ....Rice Crispies ....winner winner for sure ....
    egg bathed the filets and some zucchini before we dropped them puppies for a firm press down in the mix bag and made some asparagus, with some kind of Anney Bunny mac and cheese and in the end .....my my my ...
    very crispy , a dry fry if you will , just yes sir are the words ....
    lightly oiled the cooking pans and ...
    350 for 20 minutes and turned the fish once about 5 minutes before done ...
    might consider it in your "custom mix" bag is my suggestion ...
    sure did eat well ...
    KABOOM is still the word you know

    The only time my girls have eaten crappie was when I used rice crispies to bread it in. Usually they go yuck and don't want it. Looks yummy to me.

    it seemed the fish was crispier than it normally is with the rice crispies added , will likely incorporate it in the future too , the tater chips work well , but I think the rice crispies might be better , more testing is needed though ....
