    Regular boxed brownies, a cast iron skillet. Threw them in the smoker at 350 until a toothpick came out clean in the center. Flaky ans crispy on the top, moist in the middle and chewy on the edges. Light hint of smoke went well with the chocolate.

    These had the chocolate chunks in then. Pretty rich without icing. Definitely would need a tall glass of milk

    I like walnuts in my brownies. And I also like the pan where each brownie is square because I love the corners.

    I am thinking that a corn stick pan may certainly up the amount of chewy corners
