    You have created a Monster here my friend. We try to reduce our grease & oil intake within reason. The Ziploc is coated with oils from the Chips. Oils that would otherwise be on the fish crust.     Those are our go-to crackers for making Cheese Stuffed 1/3lb Burgers and Meat Loafs. I will also use them to make Baseball sized Meatballs for Poor-Boys.

    The wire rack looks like a great idea , bet they end up as crispy as fried all day long , just lovely my friend, simply lovely
