    Default Cooking with FIRE

We love to grill over an open flame at our country place.
Oak and or pecan fires are our preferred woods.
    Sure is fun and tasty
Especially nice at 45 , misting and a 15 mph north wind
Keeping warm under the carport on the barn and cooking with FIRE...
Good stuff ,flame grilled fajitas are just about all that

One of Texas's greatest additions to Flame Charred Animal Flesh - a Tortilla! Bud to me just about everything can made better with a Tortilla.

Ever seen someone wrap a banana in a flour tortilla and seal it with egg whites and fry it before?
Served hot with a scoop of vanilla and a chocolate drizzle over the top ....
Rather tasty no doubts about it
