Default For lack of a Whataburger

I had to make my own BOB. The long missed breakfast on a bun. Tennessee Pride hot sausage, a fresh from the chicken fried egg, a slice of cheese, and a bunch grilled with a bit of clarified butter until crispy on the edges.
I got so carried away I was almost finished with it before I thought about photos. It certainly was delicious

Sounds delicious. We just threw something together quickly so we could start on lunch preparation.

I fixed it while I was boiling 30 eggs for deviled eggs. I had a few minutes.

Tennessee Pride got me cooking at 8 years old. Brand new to New Orleans back then. I stood on a Nabisco Saltines Cracker Can, they were metal then also. Gave me enough lift to keep my arms clear of the spattering grease, I didn't have much of a throttle either, cooked everything hot. Still my favorite packaged sausage.

The hot has a fair amount of heat for packaged goods. I will probably have to have another one in the morning.

I remember those old cracker tins. Mom had one when I was growing up. I see then for a good bit of money in the antique shops. Who knew at the time.
