NOT a crappie yet again
but somewhat similar to them
some baked bream was dinner last night , sure were delightful little rascals.
nothing important or complex in the menu, made the slaw ourself, the green beans too and lightly boiled the cheese tortellini and added butter and herbs.
egged the fillets and breaded them and toasted them on a lightly oiled cookie sheet at 350 for 20 minutes
turned them once at the 10 minute mark ....
let's eat !
