    Default The simple things in life


    a baked crappie filet, some homemade mac n cheese, with a side of roasted veggies.
    and a bite of dessert to boot .......
    nothing fancy going on , sliced the veggies , some light olive oil and seasoning stuff on a cookie sheet , some breaded crappie filets on another flat pan and in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes ...tasty and all ready to consume in around 30 minutes ....
    that was not an overstuffed oreo cookie btw, it was an oreo ice cream sandwich of some sort ....
