    Steaming helps not to over cook. I do miss the fresh seafood you can get closer to the coast

    had us a few shrimps the other day as well , sure like some shrimp , back when I was a kid we ate them pretty often .

    Soon we will be cast netting from the seawalls. We love shrimp too.
