Thread: mmmmmm steak

mind ya this , we NEVER eat store bought red meat at our house anymore .
just too many money hungry folks out there with beef raising practices that are not what the heart desires .....
but a couple of range fed beef steaks from a good friend , done deal
sure was just about ridiculous good , burnt it on the gas grill before it rained hard .
let it sit all day with some spices and rested it with butter under foil at time to get off the heat .....
mmmmmm steak !

my 50 dollar closeout gas grill sometimes is a beast to use , but after a few years of knowing one side burns hotter than the other and keeping the lid down aint always good and a few other things learned and taught , sometimes it isnt a fail , said sometimes ....
it surely was a tasty pc. of steak , quite tender and flavorful , not quite fork cutting tender but close to it ....mmmmm
