Default NO crappie in the mix

but cows and chickens donated to the plate , this in turn made it worth consumption .
you can't possibly divulge all the recipe tricks and things on tex mex done right , but to be sure you can really appreciate it when it hits that there mouth pie hole .....mmmmm yum
p.s. AND one cheese/onion enchilada nestled in with the chicken and beef versions is pretty trendy too.....
so here we go again , what enchilada is what , guessing starts now .....
there are no winners in the enchilada guessing game cept the ones that consumed said food items ....

Looks good. My guess is beef on bottom, onion/cheese in middle and then chicken on the top. You're right the real winner is the one who consumed the meal.

my customer that I supply with packaging made those corn tortillas ....pretty well known in these parts for the products they make , most of the tex mex places around these parts use their chips and tortillas as do we quite often .
