pan seared tuna is good stuff , sometimes we just leave it about raw in the middle , heavy black pepper on the outside and just sizzle it really hard on a super hot fire about 27 seconds as they say .....slice it super thin and mmmmmm .
I have done some as shown above and to be sure it is right tasty that way as well , thanks for the memories , its been ages since I burned a pc. a tuna .....looks tasty bro
