to a small pile of panfish fillets they was ....
then off to visit the cast iron kingdom ....
it dont get much better ya"ll for sure .....

rolled em in a mix of crushed potato chips ,cornmeal , panko and whatever else got in the bag .....

summer dinner simplicity by golly ,,,,,mmmmm yum ....and of course ...
