    getting it seasoned properly is always the challenge as at my cabin the son's crew washes it when they use it and seems to affect it.

    This got me motivated to fire up the cast iron Dutch oven and deep fry some fillets myself!!!

    fried some steelhead and crappie the other day in the ole cast iron , sure did make you want to over eat like a big dog
