Default Griddle - which to get???

So up until recently I've been working towards getting a Blackstone griddle and then I seen the Pit Boss. Anyone have a Pit Boss? What's everyone's opinion on it? I'm still leaning towards the Blackstone air fryer model though.

I'm thinking the air fryer model Blackstone would cook some good fish and chips as well.

Oddly, I have one of each. I got the Blackstone for the house first and when the Mrs. saw how versatile it was she suggested we get one for the camper. When it was time to purchase that one, the Pit Boss was on sale so that is the one I got. Blackstone is a 4 burner and PB is a 2 burner and a little smaller so it fits in the campers storage area. You can't make a wrong choice, just get the features you want and take the time to season it well.

Probably the 5 burner ultimate or the Walmart exclusive sierra. I think all of the models are ceramic coated.

    I'm a Blackstone guy.
I do know the ceramic is going to cut some of your utensils out to nylon ones and you want be able to use the heavy duty metals.
Sometimes I brown 8-10 pounds of burger meat at the time and I need the strength.
Also will limit your bacon presses and domes that you can steam with. I think they have some nylon domes now but I don't believe they have any presses.
Plus with metal utensils you get to make noise bang and clang.

I would like to have one of the air fryer models. They are high though. you can get a regular and a couple air fryers for what the combo cost.
Also keep in mind that the air fryer combo has to be plugged into an electrical outlet. Probably won't rule out some people but might others.

Definitely a hard cover on whatever you get is a must.

I'll be glad to answer whatever questions you have about blackstones if i can.
Thanks SuperDave336 thanked you for this post
