    Default New favorite way to eat crappie.


    New favorite way to eat crappie. Cubed up yukon gold taters onion lemon juice lemon pepper Nu-Nus a little olive oil in the pan to roll the taters and fish in. Bake covered at 375 till the taters get tender and the fish flakes with a fork. Uncover to brown under the broiler.

    I may have to try this sometime - a change from the old 'butter/salt/pepper/broil' route.

    (I'm not a fan of breaded fish (cornmeal...whatever.))
