    Default Scrumptious Crunchy Pan Fried Crappie Restaurant Style


    Hi, I'd like to share a recipe that was a hit at my restaurant for other types of fish and is just so delicious great for crappie. The secret is to preseason then use Korean flour and grapeseed oil as they creates a crispy crunch. Even my grandkids love this recipe and are always asking me to make some.     have asian market close by and guaranteed will have that flour, soy and panko going in next couple days for some guests. Thanks.

    Thanks everyone for giving my recipe a try! This style of cooking works great with all white meat fish, like bass and Kokanee. I'll be coming back with a new recipe for you all to try out...
