I had some from the cafeteria at work. It was good enough to do a run at home. Mighty fine eats it is. Next time it goes in the pellet smoker to pick up some smokey goodness while it cooks

These are premade beef ravioli. Just for a test run it was good stuff. The wife's birthday dinner is coming up and a couple of weeks. I will need to have around 3 pans full to feed them folks. Working one up from scratch would have to be awesomeOriginally Posted by rojoguio
