    Its mixed with White Vinegar and a bit of salt, refrigerated keeps for many months.

    I love beef tongue and horseradish. I have never done my own but I may add it to our garden. Is it perennial or an annual?

    We got the Oysters, Catsup, Worcestershire, & Lemons, your 'Radish would top the meal off perfectly..........Great Post. I've always had to got mine at the Grocery.

    I work for a Japanese company. One of the dishes folks talk about when they go to Japan for training is thinly sliced beef tongue that you grill at your table
