    Default Plain and simple works


    yellow corn meal , panko and regular bread crumbs , 1/3 each in a gallon bag
    onion powder ,garlic powder ,parmesan and salt ....
    a quick egg bath and a roll in the mix and onto an oiled pan
    into a preheated oven at about 350 and in there for 20 minutes ....AND ....
    KABOOM is the word , all crispy and not oiled up and just about ridiculous good eats
    Sk told me he would need 2 servings that size , I told him yep that's what I did ....
