    Default Shotgun shells

Not my recipe just my twist on it. Manicotti stuffed with breakfast sausage, cream cheese, feta, diced jalapenos, then wrapped in bacon. Put on the smoker at 350 for around an hour. Smokey and spicy. Name: 20211016_200824.jpg

The leftovers will get tomato sauced and made into lunches for work.

I cooked the pasta and the stuffing. The original recipe that I saw was uncooked pasta, stuffed with raw breakfast sausage, a chunk of cheese in the middle then wrapped in bacon. Left overnight in the fridge to soften. I didn't have that kind of time so I adapted it

Took the leftover stuffing and lined the bottom of a loaf pan. Added the left over stuffed shells. Dumped a jar of spaghetti sauce over it. In the smoker for and hour, then top with shredded cheese. Let it melt. Definitely needs the spaghetti sauce.

Never thought of stuffing with anything other than Ricotta. Could get interesting real quick. Good post.
