Mine was running 500 degrees when I dropped them on grill marks on the coals side and puffed up on the other.

they actually used to onion to clean the grate before everything went on the fire
i was the only one eating the added onion on my tacos .....

mine went way over 500 best I can tell ya , we closed it for just a second and they needle looked like a spin the wheel deal .....

I do as well. I have wide shoulders. Go ahrad and pile on the blame. Gave me a good reason to fire up the ceramic grill. Takes that thing for ever to cool down. May have to fire it back up this week and do a pizza.

We do not have much of any market here but I always heard the marinated flank steak was marinated in crocks. If you know a good recipe for making the marinated flank steaks please post up. You're in the location to find a good one.
