    Default Cajun Pasta

I found a copycat recipe for cajun pasta. I have tried several. This one is the best. It was worth the mess I made in the kitchenName: 20210919_173946.jpg

That looks yummy. Unfortunately unless we go to a restaurant I don’t get spicy anymore. My girls won’t eat it so we usually make stuff they will eat.

Wife won't eat it either. Small batch and I eat a lot of leftovers. If need be freeze some. So much better than a restaurant when you make it yourself exactly like you like it

I would suggest a different noodle than I used this time. The ridged zitti I used collapsed. I usually use a penne pasta. Think next time I will use the bowtie and be done with it
