    Default Grilled cats n veggies

I seasoned the bone in catfish steaks with Tony Chacheres and then coated with mayonnaise. And grilled egg plant and bell peppers. Mom made garlic slaw, cornbread, and fresh from the garden green beans w bacon and onions. Good stuff!Name: 20210720_122820.jpg

The mayo keeps the fish moist and helps it from sticking. Mayo is oil based and eventually disappears from the meat.
